Is the current situation is heading toward institutional clash in Pakistan and will it be safe for the toddling democracy here??
After the termination of Mr.Sohail Ahmad from the post of Secretary Establishment, just because of implementing a judgement from SC of Pakistan, now a very dangerous scenario has developed in which Government of Pakistan and Supreme Court have come in front of each other.
The situation demands broadness of vision and cool mindedness from both sides because any institutional clash at this time can be really dangerous for Pakistan and even can prove fatal for weaker democratic structure here, which is already under severe pressure.
CJ of Pakistan said in his remarks that if Chief Executive is the hurdle in implementing the SC's judgments then SC have the power to handle him.
On the other hand, PM Gillani and President Zardari have decided to take parliament into confidence on this issue. They decided to take the matter into the parliament to ensure the superiority of Parliament.
